Shipping Information

Blue River ships domestically within the United States Monday–Friday. Orders received on Friday will ship the following Monday excluding federal/national holidays. Otherwise orders typically ship in 1 to 2 days and take 2-3 days to arrive via Priority Mail. Blue River automatically sends out shipping email notifications to all our customers the moment they are ready to leave our facility. "Awaiting Fulfillment" means your order has not yet shipped. We do not ship internationally; if you use a freight forwarder to ship internationally and encounter problems Blue River is not responsible. For inquires about your order please contact support@blueriverextracts.com.   

Our Customer Satisfaction Policy

Blue River will not accept returns, but we do have a customer satisfaction policy for partial to full refunds, replacements, and/or credits. In general, we only offer full refunds if your product arrives with broken packaging, which we ask you to document with photos and send to us via email to support@blueriverextracts.com. If you are unsatisfied with your product, send us an email and we will try to help solve the problem. Note that terpene profiles are derived from naturally variable plant material and are subject to change. Often time customers are not using the product correctly, which can cause unsatisfactory experiences. Please be sure to check out our page on terpene storage & use for more information.
